• Overview

If you wish to stay for a shorter duration than the three weeks, please let us know and this will not be a problem at all.  We will reprice the itinerary for you and put the necessary arrangements in place.  Furthermore, if you wish to break up the journey with stopovers in Singapore or other destinations, we can assist with these arrangements if required.

Please note that for this tour, we have included the cost of the internal flights within the tour price.  Due to the logistics of the tour, we need everyone travelling together on the same internal flights; hence it was more prudent on this occasion to include the costs of the flights in the tour prices.

I know it’s a long way to travel, but I very much hope that you will join me on what should be an experience that will live with us forever.  If so, please email, call or let us know via the web-site, and we will send you the booking confirmation details accordingly.

Saturday 24th November – Welcome to Queenstown

Queenstown is the South Island’s premium tourist destination, surrounded by majestic mountains and nestled on the shores of the crystal clear Lake Wakatipu.  The city has some of the most scenic golf courses in the world, with three championship courses within a 15 minute drive and six in the wider area. Millbrook will test our golfing skills whilst Jack’s Point, our final round of the tour, is one of New Zealand’s most exhilarating and scenic golf courses.  Home to some of the best vineyards in the world, the region is also a wine tasting and culinary paradise.  Upon arrival at Queenstown Airport we will be met by our local representative and transferred to the Millennium Hotel in Queenstown.

Designed by renowned professional and master golfer Sir Bob Charles, and renovated by Greg Turner in October 2010 with the addition of the Coronet Nine.  The course is surely one of the most magical golfing venues in the world, brilliantly conceived and shaped from the rugged mountain landscape.  The course captures a  breathtaking environment to tee off from, with extraordinary photo opportunities at every turn.  Each of the three fabulous nine hole courses is named after local prominent Queenstown landmarks, The Remarkables, The Arrow and The Coronet Nine.

The striking natural setting allows for a course created through minimal earth movement to harmonise with nature. Just a 15 minute drive from Queenstown, and located beneath the Remarkables mountain range on the edge of beautiful Lake Wakatipu, the course winds its way through a variety of schist outcrops, native wetland and bush areas along with local wildlife which make Jack’s Point their home. Fescue fairways, brown top greens, and four teeing options ensure that golfers of all skill levels can enjoy Jack’s Point.  Jack’s Point golf course is one of the most stunning courses in the world, and a fitting finale to what should be an extraordinary tour.
